By booking our wall printing service, you agree to the following terms.

Wall Condition

Wall printing results depend heavily on the surface being printed. We do not take responsibility for issues caused by existing wall conditions, including but not limited to:

• Pre-damaged walls

• Cracks, holes, dents, or uneven areas

• Bowed or warped walls

• Dusty, dirty, greasy, or poorly prepared walls

• Flaking paint, loose plaster, or damp surfaces

Any imperfections in the wall may show through the final print.

Wall Preparation

Wall preparation is not included unless agreed beforehand. The wall must be clean, dry, smooth, and ready for printing when we arrive. If the wall is unsuitable, we reserve the right to stop or decline the job without refund.

Weather & Environment

Wall printing or any other service provided by us, is affected by environmental conditions. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by:

• Cold weather or low temperatures

• High humidity or moisture

• Poor ventilation

Cold conditions may affect ink drying, adhesion on vinyl stickers, and final appearance.

Pre-Existing Damage

We are not liable for any damage already present before printing, any other service provided by us or for defects that become more visible after printing. Wall printing does not repair or hide surface damage.

Design Approval

The customer is responsible for approving the design, size, and placement before printing begins. Once printing starts, changes cannot be made.

Access & Workspace

Clear access to the wall and surrounding area must be provided. Delays or additional work caused by restricted access may result in extra charges.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the printing service or any other service provided by us. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

The customer agrees to inspect work completed at each stage, within 24 hours of completion .  Any defects or complaints must be reported within this timeframe. Failure to to do so constitutes acceptance of the work as satisfactory.
